In the regions we serve—where over 98% of the population are non-Christians—the need for trained leaders is urgent. These regions face not only spiritual darkness but also poverty, illiteracy, and social neglect. Through leadership training, we are raising individuals who can:
Preach the Gospel with clarity and compassion.
Support their communities with both spiritual and practical guidance.
Stand as examples of Christian integrity, faith, and service.

Many of the youth we mentor come from underprivileged families, often working as daily laborers or supporting siblings in difficult circumstances. Yet, their passion for Christ and willingness to serve moves us to invest in them deeply. When we visit their homes and witness their situations, our hearts are burdened with compassion, and we pray that God will strengthen our hands to train and support them.
We pray that the Lord continues to bring dedicated young people into this vision and that our training efforts will raise strong, Spirit-filled leaders who will carry the message of Christ across generations and nations.
